Product details
The coordinate type differs greatly from the multi axis type in terms of working mode. The coordinate type sets coordinate points through PLC, and the device executes locking tasks based on the set coordinate positions. Multiple electric batches can be configured to improve efficiency. It has good flexibility and can store N sets of solutions, meeting the screw locking process of different products. The device is easy to operate and can be operated through a configured touch screen without the need for a computer. This series mainly includes dual platforms and single platforms, which are most commonly used in daily production. The main reason is that the dual platforms have good human-machine cooperation, and the equipment screws and manual picking and placing of products are carried out on different platforms in turns, with manual loading and unloading and equipment screws continuously, resulting in high production efficiency. The efficient platform, combined with the locking axis, can stop at any position, making it suitable for locking products with more efficiency.
