The adsorption type automatic screw tightening machine adopts a combination of coordinate machine and screw arrangement machine. The screw is retrieved from the screw arrangement machine through the coordinate machine, and then the locking process is executed. It has the function of ordinary coordinate type and takes into account the advantages of screw arrangement machine. Its advantage is that one device can be suitable for the vast majority of screws. The arrangement machine track is adjustable, although the efficiency is lower than that of the blowing type, the adsorption type has loose requirements for screw size, especially for some special screws that cannot achieve blowing type feeding, which can still operate stably and have a wider range of applicable screws. The device adopts PC control to store multiple sets of locking schemes, achieving automated production in different products and screws. The operation is simple, and the machine is equipped with four locking mechanisms that operate independently. It can simultaneously lock four types of screws and points, and the bottom mold has the function of loading and unloading operation coordination. Stay at any position to cooperate with the robotic arm and the production line for retrieval and placement.
